I had a very kind note on my desk from one of the cleaning crew this morning. They accidentally broke a figurine on my desk. They offered to purchase a replacement or reimburse me. I do not hold them responsible for breaking the figurine, and don’t want them to be reprimanded. It was a inexpensive figurine that I got on clearance and I don’t need to be reimbursed or have a replacement.
